Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, tracking shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring the timely delivery of healthcare products and supplies. The role involves preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitoring delivery schedules, updating logistics records, and resolving operational issues. The candidate will also support cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency and ensure smooth supply chain operations across the company’s regional activities. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily transportation, shipping, and delivery activities. * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products and supplies. * Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and delivery partners. * Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents and logistics records. * Monitor inventory movements, stock levels, and order fulfillment. * Update logistics systems and maintain accurate operational data. * Resolve shipping delays and delivery issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders. * Support import and export operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations. * Basic understanding of shipping procedures, inventory management, and transportation coordination. * Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs procedures is an advantage. * Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to work. * Good command of English, both written and spoken.
