🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Consultant – Sales & White-Glove Onboarding 📍 Remote | Amman, Jordan GigFig is an AI automation platform helping business owners run their daily operations with AI operators that draft content, manage tasks, and keep work moving. We’re looking for an Account Consultant who can win new clients and make their first weeks on GigFig feel effortless. What you’ll do: 🔹 Run discovery calls with real estate business owners 🔹 Own the sales pipeline from the first call through close 🔹 Provide white-glove onboarding: build client workspaces, connect their tools, and configure their first AI workflows 🔹 Be the main point of contact after launch, with regular check-ins and proactive ideas 🔹 Grow and develop client accounts over time 🔹 Bring client feedback and insights back to the product team What we’re looking for: ✅ 2+ years of experience in sales or account management ✅ Fluent in Arabic and English ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach ✅ Comfortable working remotely and managing clients independently 📩 Interested?
